Did you know that you can change the way you think? Everyone has days that they aren’t happy with how they look or how something went. But what would happen if you decided to change the thoughts in your head?
You have the power inside of you to think positive. So, next time you have a negative thought about yourself try to turn it around.
Don’t Think… “I don’t like my shoes.”
Do Think… “I love my dress!”
If you choose to focus on bad things then you make yourself feel bad. So take that bad thought and turn it around!
Don’t Say… “I’m having a bad hair day.”
Do Say… “I’m having a fun hat day!”
You and only you get to decide how you feel about things. So instead of noticing the bad try to look for the good. Trust us. There is always something good if try to find it.
