You’ll see three buttons: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iTunes.
Click on one of these places that sells our book, so that you can leave a review. Don’t worry! You DON’T have to buy the book to submit a review!
But choose a store where your parents already have an account. After you click the button it takes you to their website. Click on “READ REVIEWS” and then click on “WRITE A REVIEW”. Click on five stars.
*Your parents may need to help you log into their website*
You can write a review if you want. But before you leave their website you’ll need to ‘copy’ what you wrote step 2.
Don’t forget to submit the 5 star review with your comment before you leave this screen!
Then go back to our website for step 2 of the contest.
STEP 2: FILL OUT THE ENTRY FORM
You’ll need your parent’s name, email address, and phone number for this screen.
Tell us where you left your 5 star review: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or I Tunes.
There’s a big box that says:

Then select which contests you want to enter!

If Video Chat is one of your choices, you’ll also need to enter a GMAIL address.
If T-Shirt is one of your choices, you’ll also need to enter a T-Shirt size.
If Video Shoutout is one of your choices, you’ll need to enter the shoutout message you want to appear in the video.
That’s it! You’re done!
